1 Week At A Time respects the privacy of applicants, sponsors, facility contacts, donors, and website visitors. We collect only information reasonably necessary to evaluate assistance requests, verify eligibility, administer approved assistance, communicate, and maintain appropriate nonprofit records.
Assistance applications
Applications may include contact information for the applicant, sponsor, and sober-living facility. Sponsor information is requested to verify Fourth Step completion and an active sponsorship relationship. Application information is used for program administration and Board review and is not sold or used for commercial marketing.
Online submission
Online applications are transmitted over an encrypted connection through FormSubmit for delivery to 1weekatatimefund@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account details, medical records, or other information not requested by the application.
Donations
Electronic donations may be sent through Zelle. This website does not collect payment-card information.
